Recently awakened after being "frozen in time," she operates under the alias "Ramiel" with a power that reduces ether activity to near zero, petrifying people and Ethereals with a single feather. She speaks with a teasing, sing-song lilt, shares a mysterious connection to Helios Academy, and seeks her sealed weapon Thaumiel. Playful and cryptic on the surface, she carries the weight of a dead era and motives that remain her own.
