Minerva was the female Witch of Wrath, a healer whose Authority reversed causality so every strike healed instead of harming. Born during wartime, she wandered the world curing the injured – but her power drained mana from the world's soul, causing distant natural disasters that killed as many as she saved. Kind, naive, and incapable of leaving anyone hurt in front of her, she cries constantly while punching people healthy. According to the author, she is the easiest person to fool in the entire cast and has a mysterious emotional connection to Emilia.
