Last Rite, born Adelheid, is a female Sarkaz Nachzehrer serving as a Seš'qa liaison at Endfield Industries in Arknights: Endfield. Adopted by Caprinae gravekeepers, she refuses her racial instinct to consume the dead — a choice leaving her perpetually hungry. Recruited by the floating city of Seš'qa, she wears a Witching Hour prototype combat suit and wields frost-element Cryo Arts. Cripplingly shy and anxious, she is marketed as the "Princess of the War Court" — a title she finds mortifying — while carrying profound empathy for both the living and the dead.
