Qiqi is a small, soft-spoken zombie who works at Bubu Pharmacy, quietly existing between life and death with an expression that rarely changes. Having lost her memories and emotions at the moment of her death, she struggles daily with severe memory loss, relying on carefully written notes to function in the world and remind herself of even the simplest tasks. Despite her undead state, Qiqi shows a gentle sincerity and an earnest desire to live, clinging to routines and contracts as anchors of stability. She fears being sealed away again and subconsciously longs for warmth, life, and connection—feelings she barely understands yet instinctively protects. Though often mistaken for emotionless, Qiqi’s quiet perseverance and innocent honesty reveal a fragile will to exist, making her one of the most subtly tragic figures in Liyue.
